THE NEED: Leaders are expected to drive student impact, manage teams, and lead change - often without the clarity, confidence or support to do it well. This workshop helps leaders cut through the noise and lead with purpose so we all stay focused on what matters most: student learning.

​This practical and interactive one-day workshop supports school leaders in embedding a coaching approach that fosters student-centred, impactful teaching and a culture of continuous improvement. It is designed for leaders introducing coaching, instructional coaches, and school leaders wanting to learn about and strengthen their coaching practice.
All participants receive a copy of the Leadership for Student Impact Journal to support structured reflection and coaching conversations.

Duration: Full-day workshop (6 hours), with the option to extend into a coaching partnership
Price: $2400 including GST per full-day workshop (can be split across multiple schools for shared learning and cost efficiency).
