Meet Stephanie
Educator & Leadership Coach
Stephanie Salazar is an award-winning classroom teacher, Assistant Principal, and internationally certified Instructional Coach. She is the founder of the New Teacher Tribe initiative, #PSTchat and co-founder of the Australian EduCoaches community. Stephanie’s vision is that teachers across Australia feel supported, encouraged and empowered.

Stephanie has experience working in early childhood, primary and high school settings and has been a university tutor and guest lecturer, teaching pre-service teachers educational psychology and science pedagogy. She is an Instructional Rounds facilitator and a TeachMeet organiser. Stephanie has also been a keynote speaker for the EduChangemakers’ Conference, podcast co-host for the Teachers’ Education Review and TeachNSW as well as a workshop presenter for the Australian College of Educators, Lindfield's School of the Future, Australian Curriculum Studies Association, Science Teachers' Association of New South Wales, and Harvard ‘s Project Zero Australia Network Conference.
