I honour teachers as leaders of their own professional learning journeys. I walk alongside them as they work towards achieving their goals, facilitating strong student growth based on strong teacher growth.

For me, nothing beats being IN the classroom, working shoulder-to-shoulder and in partnership with teachers and their students. My approach is practical, job-embedded and bespoke to suit the unique needs of your teachers and students. I balance my love of research and evidence-based practice with what actually works well in different classroom and school contexts.

I help teachers gain confidence in their abilities and reconnect with the joy of teaching. I help them become experts at critically analysing their teaching practice to ensure that we remain focused on always moving forward to improve our students' learning. I invite leaders to walk alongside us on the journey so that they understand how to empower their teachers.

Outside of my passion for education, I am mum to my fun-loving Frankie which helps me focus on creating manageable, sustainable solutions as well as nurturing wellbeing.
